✅ Zero-Lemons Guarantee
Defective unit? We’ll replace the entire system.
If your HVAC system has a manufacturing defect that prevents it from functioning properly, we’ll replace the entire unit—not just a part. This guarantee follows the original manufacturer's warranty coverage for up to 12 years after installation.
Applies to covered systems under manufacturer warranty
Replacement is provided at no cost to the customer
Excludes issues resulting from lack of maintenance or physical damage from nature.
✅ 30-day Satisfaction Promise
Love it—or pay nothing.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your system within the first 30 days after installation, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Still not happy? We’ll uninstall the system and refund your full purchase price.
System must remain installed and undamaged
Refund includes equipment and labor (what you paid)
No refund provided for altered, damaged, or relocated systems that's not done by us
Must notify us within 30 days of install date
✅ Perfect Sizing Guarantee
We size it wrong? You get a new system—free.
We guarantee our load calculations are accurate. If a certified third party finds the system was improperly sized for your home, we’ll replace it with the correct size at no cost.
Third party must hold valid ACCA Manual J certification
Reviewer must not be a direct competitor in our service area

Must be verified within 12 months of installation
✅ Apples-to-Apples Price Match
Same system. Same warranty. Lower price? We’ll match it.
If you receive a written quote from another licensed contractor for the same equipment, with equal warranties and company credentials, we’ll match their price.
Equipment must be the same brand and model, or a comparable system with equal warranty terms
Competitor must be a licensed contractor with a similar reputation and business size
Applies to written quotes dated within 30 days of our proposal
✅ 48-Hour Emergency Service Guarantee
We miss the 48-hour window? Hotel’s on us.
If you're a member of our VIP Maintenance Plan and your system breaks down, we promise to reach you within 48 hours. If we can’t make it, we’ll cover your hotel stay—up to $150/night for 3 nights.

Reimbursement limited to $150 per night, 3 nights max per incident

No repair bills—for 12 years. Seriously.
With our smart systems and active maintenance, you won’t pay a dime for parts or labor for up to 12 years. All we ask is that you keep up with your annual system maintenance.
