Service Area & Residency: Offers are strictly limited to residential, owner-occupied single-family homes located within our defined service zip codes. We do not service commercial properties, multi-unit complexes, or locations outside our standard service radius under this promotion.
On-Site Eligibility: Not all homes are configured to support every system. A mandatory on-site evaluation by a comfort consultant is required to confirm that the promotional equipment is technically compatible with your home’s existing ductwork, electrical capacity, and footprint.
Qualifying Systems: Promotional offers apply only to select high-efficiency equipment combinations. The "Free Furnace" refers to select base-model units; upgrades to premium, modulating, or multi-stage furnaces are available at an additional "pro-rated" cost.
Pricing & Value: The "Free Furnace" or "Savings up to $4,000" values are based on the MSRP of select equipment. All primary purchase equipment (Heat Pump) must be bought at standard retail pricing. This offer cannot be combined with other equipment lines, prior purchases, or other standing discounts.
Right of Refusal & Discretion: Advantage Heating reserves the right to refuse service or participation in this promotion to any party for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, site inaccessibility, or equipment incompatibility. We reserve the right to limit or cancel promotions at our sole discretion.
Installation Scope: "Free installation" (where applicable) covers standard swap-outs. Any required modifications to gas lines, venting, electrical panels, or structural components to meet modern building codes are the responsibility of the homeowner and will be quoted separately.
Deadlines & Inventory: Contracts must be signed by March 31, 2026. All offers are "while supplies last." Due to national supply chain fluctuations, we reserve the right to substitute equipment of equal or greater value if primary promotional units are unavailable.

Defective unit? We’ll replace the entire system.
If your HVAC system has a verified manufacturing defect that prevents it from functioning properly, we’ll replace the entire unit—not just the faulty part. This coverage lasts up to 12 years from installation and follows the manufacturer’s warranty.
What’s covered:
Applies only to systems under active manufacturer warranty
Replacement at no cost to you
Full unit replacement only after our standard diagnostic process confirms it’s a defective unit—not just a single part issue
What’s not covered:
Damage from lack of maintenance
Physical damage caused by weather, accidents, or other external forces
Whenever possible, we’ll repair a defective part first. If the defect affects the entire unit, we replace it—simple as that.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your system within the first 30 days after installation, we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Still not happy? We’ll uninstall the system and refund your full purchase price.
